Shipping & Order Policy

ORDER SHIPPING TIMES:
Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@shopmysticglamboutique.com with your order details and cancellation request.

We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is processed; however, cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered the processing stage.

If we are able to cancel your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the cancellation.

If your order has already been processed and packaged, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 12 hours.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS:

We do not accept orders for out-of-stock items. If an item goes out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you with your refund information or ship the item as soon as it becomes available, if you would still like to proceed with your purchase.

FACTORS AFFECTING DELIVERY:
- Distance: Packages traveling longer distances may take the full 5 business days or more.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to and from remote areas might also take longer.
- Weather and Other Delays: Unforeseen events such as bad weather or natural disasters can impact delivery times.
