To expedite your request, please include:  Your order number, A clear photo of the actual damage that occurred, A photo of the item with original packaging, A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Non- returnable due to food safety reasons this item is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as in ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing us at shopmysticglamboutique.com.  and by providing an image of the item in its defects
